The Gibson Firebird ’76 Bicentennial was produced from 1976–1979 as a limited‑edition commemorative model celebrating the United States Bicentennial. These guitars revived the classic reverse‑body Firebird design, retaining the neck‑through mahogany construction but updating hardware and electronics.  This specific example is the rare Polaris White.

  • Upgrades include Seymour Duncan Antiquities, a Faber locking bridge, tailpiece and locking studs, gold reflector knobs, modern Kluson banjos with plastic knobs for weight savings and a Jackson Electronic Luthier wiring harness with Centralab pots.

All original parts will be included including wiring harness, pickups, tuners, bridge, and tailpiece.  See picuturs.
